"The mezzanine with the bed positioned only 85cm below the ceiling, which is the floor of the apartment above so that noise from there is very noticeable. However, there is a pull-out sofa bed downstairs which fills the space and has to be put away each day to allow movement. Also, while cooking facilities include a cooktop and oven, there is no microwave, which for most tourists is essential. Simple reheat-able supermarket meals to defray the cost of restaurant meals, especially when you are paying double for everything with a lousy exchange rate. Who wants to prepare a full meal? Also, the Wifi didn’t work and numerous requests for assistance were ignored until we were eventually advised on the third day of our stay that the Wifi details we were given were erroneous and I had to find the Wifi box, decipher the instructions on the back and eventually found both the name of the carrier and the password. If the wrong details were supplied in the apartment entry instructions, why couldn’t another email be sent with the correct information? Meanwhile with no telephone data we had to use free bar Wifi to confirm flights and meetings with our children."

"Texts about arrival/ keys before we got there, and pleasant meet and greet. Great location and the building/ apartment felt really secure. Comfortable beds, great large television. Clean and appears all new fixtures and fittings."
